Balcony Replacement in London

Balguard have entered into contract with a prominent London Property Management company to complete the balcony decking replacement on all of the balconies on a series of apartment complexes in Wembley and Hammersmith.

The current balconies are made of wood and therefore need to be replaced to help them with their #EWS1 compliance.

We are currently completing 2-3 balconies a day and the residents are loving our professional manner (as we are working in their apartments) and of course the look of the finished decking.

We are using a company called AliDeck who supply non-combustible, slip-resistant and durable aluminium decking which is the ideal material for high-rise tower blocks.

All wood being removed will be recycled into new things!
